Water Taxi, Dumbo. The Water Taxi is a delightful way to tour New York City attractions. It stops at convenient locations in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, and affords beautiful views of the New York City skyline in the process. This Water Taxi was photographed at the Fulton Ferry Landing in the Brooklyn’s Dumbo (Down Under Manhattan Brooklyn Overpass) neighborhood.
