Times Square, M20 Bus

Times Square, M20 Bus. This photo shows the M20 Bus on Broadway near 42nd Street in Times Square, New York City. This photo was captured during twilight, my favorite time of day for photography in New York City. It is a time of day when natural light is perfectly balanced with street lighting, making for colorful images. This image was captured with a Canon 10D and Sigma 24-70mm F3.5-5.6 lens. This is an inexpensive lens I purchased used for less than $75. When used with good technique, inexpensive lenses can yield very acceptable results. I used a tripod, and stopped the lens down to f:8 to insure the maximum sharpness for this image.
