This Times Square musician playing the freakish electric guitar is one of those eclectic, quirky moments that is rather commonplace in New York City. The easy mixture of faces from tourists to locals is also pure New York. Of course the tourists appreciate these odd New York moments while the locals just saunter by, jaded and world weary.
