New York Times Building, Times Square, New York City

This photo shows the New York Times Building in Times Square, New York City. It was captured during the twilight at sunset when the overcast sky had turned a beautiful shade of blue. This time of day, when the illumination from natural light and street lighting is perfectly balanced may last no more than a half hour. It was shot with a Canon 10D, Tamron 19-35mm lens, tripod mounted. This early generation DSLR camera still creates beautiful images, especially when mated with modern raw editing software. I used DXO 6 to convert the raw image into the final image.
