Morgan Stanley Glitters in Times Square. Would you invest your hard-earned money with a flashy guy who hangs out in Times Square all day? I find it fascinating that so many financial firms and banks have set up shop in the Times Square (New York City) area such as this Broadway location for Morgan Stanley. However, after doing a bit of research I can see why. There were tax incentives for moving into Times Square when it was being revitalized. The office spaces are modernized and offer technological amenities not found in older buildings. Plus, it makes stodgy old money businesses look modern and fast-moving. It also makes it easier to attract employees who do not want to work downtown. Well, needless to say, Morgan Stanley has really let her hair down in Times Square.
