Grand Central Station at Night, New York City ⇑

This photo, captured on a fall evening, shows Grand Central Terminal at sunset. This is a good example of the benefits of using a VR or Image Stabilized lens. I shot this image using a Nikon D3000 and a 18-55mm VR lens. This image was captured handheld, at about 1/8th of a second and 400 ISO. I could never have achieved such a sharp handheld image without the VR (Vibration Reduction) feature.
