A Chinatown Afternoon. The New York Photo shows Chinatown, on a pleasant winter afternoon. One of New York City’s last authentic ethnic enclaves, it too is undergoing rapid changes in both its residential and business community. This photo, originally shot with a Canon 10d and Tokina 19-35mm lens, was given a watercolor effect using Fotosketcher, a free digital painting software.
