Taos, New Mexico has my heart. It is one of the most charming towns in New Mexico, and a wonderful place to spend a weekend exploring the cultural and historic exhibits along with the local cafes and restaurants. One of the icons of Taos is the frog pottery sold as souvenirs by many gift shops and street vendors. They were everywhere in Taos and are a fitting symbol of the laid back, funky style of this New Mexico town.
